Monday - Run, Walk, Run

I got up a little later than I wanted but I did make it to the club. I walk for 15 mins on an incline, Ran or jogged at 5.5 for 15 mins, then walked for 15 min. I felt it in my legs at night, but 3 days in a row. I plan to go after work tonight and either do the same or I might try and run a little more. I also bought a new iPod Nano that I can swim with so I want to try that out as well. Don't know if I want to do both, but a easy swim with some tunes might be nice after the run. All depends if I have enough time after work and to get my son from Karate.
