Sucks getting old

I tweaked my back again yesterday. I would like to say I was out running, lifting weights or even working in the yard, but no. I was turning to pick out what sweater I was going to wear and pop my back went. Every movement sucked the wind right out of me. It was spasming all day and night. So no walk on Saturday. Sunday I rested it and finally loosen up after my Vikings frick'n lost! I then went on and walked on the treadmill and did e-mail, work and some web browsing for 2 1/2 hours walking a total of 5 miles. I'm still a little sore, but I think it warmed up my back muscles.

Still sticking to it.
