These are my daily thoughts, training reports and stupid things that pop into my head as I try to train for my races and Triathlons. I'm not an elite athlete or in great shape. Just a regular Joe running through life and trying to survive one day at a time.

First run of the new year 2.5 miles
I wanted to go 3 miles running the whole time, but the mind was willing, but the body wasn't able. At least I got up and did 2.5 miles. That makes 20 miles for the week. Most I have done in a long time. Going to try and keep it going.
